At Beau Monde Babe we want you to be as happy as possible with the items you have purchased from our store. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making your purchase, we are more than happy answer any questions you might have.
Ordered the wrong size/want to swap for something else?
We are happy to exchange sizes and/or styles provided we have one available in stock. All exchange returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached, be unworn/unused and in the original packaging. A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange or suitable replacement at the time of return. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For exchange enquiries please email email@example.com for a return form within 7 days of receiving your order - please include your order number in the subject line. Items must be returned via courier or tracked post within 7 business days to be eligible for exchange - we accept no responsibility for items lost in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for product exchanges. The cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days once received.
Please note: we do not accept exchanges on clearance/outlet items, please choose carefully.
I received the wrong item/size?
While we take extra care when packing your order, occasionally we make mistakes. If you have received the wrong item or size please contact us at hello@beaumondebabe to arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately.
My item is faulty?
All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you, however on the very rare occasion a fault is found please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve. We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund for faulty items. All claims are subject to our discretion. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items, please contact us to arrange. If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
