How do I place an order?

All orders are to be placed directly through our website.

We are happy to answer any questions you might have with regards to sizing, product details or particular brands prior to placing your order. We aim to reply to all emails within 24hours.

Do you accept pre-orders?

Ocassionally items will be available for pre-order via the website before we receive stock from our suppliers. Please note delivery dates are an estimate only and are not guaranteed, however we will inform you of any delays. In the event your pre-order cannot be filled we will refund in full. Please note: Any in-stock orders that are placed with pre-orders will be held aside and posted together once the pre-orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre-order. Pre-orders will be shipped once they are received from our suppliers.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! orders are gift wrapped at no extra cost. If you have purchased something as a gift and would like to include a personal message please do so in the comments section during checkout. Please note large bulky items do not come gift wrapped.

What currency are your prices?

All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are charged in New Zealand dollars.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal, LAYBUY, payment via bank deposit (NZ based customers only) and store issued gift cards.

Please note: you do not need to set up a paypal account to pay via credit card.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please refer to our shipping rates below.

What are the shipping costs?

New Zealand:

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NZ (via courier 1-3 business days once dispatched) for all orders over $50. Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses. 

$8 flat shipping rate for all orders under $50 including rural addresses.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

Australia:

Free shipping via tracked post for orders over $150

Tracked post 8-14 business days (once dispatched): $18.00 

Courier 3-8 business days (once dispatched): $25.00

To qualify for free shipping you must spend $150.00 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied.

Orders sent via courier are covered by insurance.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

Worldwide:

Economy Courier 8-14 business days (once dispatched): $45.00

International deliveries:

Please be aware purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. If your order is returned to us due to non delivery resulting from unpaid customs charges, an incorrect address and/or contact details (as provided by the customer) a redelivery and return fee will be charged. Please note shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We endeavour to ship goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note: these shipping times do not apply to pre-orders.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Can I request my parcel be left without signature?

You can, however please note if you leave a comment requesting your parcel to be left without signature i.e.: in your letterbox or at your door, you do so at your own risk. We take no responsibility in the event your parcel goes missing if you have requested it be left without signature. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes provided your order has not yet been packed and/or shipped.

My order hasn’t arrived?

Please track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping conformation email sent at time of dispatch. 

In very rare circumstances an order may be delayed in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your order and resolve as quickly as possible.
